Are you referring to trade-in credit?

If so, you can no longer trade in iPods because the entire line of iPod (including iPod Touch) has been discontinued by Apple. You can, however, have Apple recycle your iPod for free.

To do so, go to Apple Trade In - Apple. Scroll down to Just Trading In, where you will see a list of buttons. Tap Other Devices. Enter the information.
