Can't get Apple to replace my faulty 3month old iPhone13

I've been on to online support for hours on end on several different support sessions. Online people told me to go instore instead. I went instore and after nearly an hour of checking the fault and initially trying to fob me off, a more experienced person checked the phone and accepted it has a fault. Was told though that I need to speak to someone online. Now the online people have abandoned me after more time wasted talking to them and uploading clips.

How can I just get a replacement phone without all the terrible customer service and having my time wsted??

You cannot get a replacement phone unless Apple decides that it cannot be repaired. The only way to get that to happen is to follow the normal support process.

I would start by going to back to that "experienced person" and getting a formal written document of their diagnosis that indicates a hardware failure. Then use that when initiating a repair request.
