IX 6820 Drivers not installing on Mac OS Monterey 12.4
It's hard enough to find drivers, but when I do they won't install. I'm on an M1 Mac and get the message "Installation failed.

If you're unable to find drivers that you can install give the open-source Gutenprint print driver a try. I checked this page to see if your printer is supported, Gutenprint Supported Printers, and it is.

I will check it out! For now I still have an older machine that can get the Canon utilities to work for cleaning print head and printing test page. I have to say Canon support is among the worst I've encountered.
If you know offhand of a Monterrey friendly printer that prints tabloid size 11X17" let me know.
