In my contacts, a phone number that is not the contact it is assigned to shows up as one of its phone numbers. Siri apparently found the phone number in messages. I have not found anything helpful about it.
I have attached a picture. Some details are blurred.

It looks as though Siri is suggesting this number may be the specified contact or individual, not a saved contact card on your iPhone. You can tap Don't Suggest Contact to prevent this prompt from showing in the future. You can learn more about Siri Suggestions via the following link. Tapping "Don't Suggest Contact" won't prevent similar prompts from showing in the future but it would prevent this prompt from showing for this specific number and contact.
