Delivery Instructions?

Can a product be delivered to apartments? If so then is there anyway to add delivery instructions?

My apartment requires you to buzz someone who lives there to unlock the door.

Apple uses UPS, Fedex, and/or others. Those delivery services may already be aware of the restrictions. My apartment building has delivery instructions at the front door including the fact that packages have to be delivered to the individual apartments.
