my new apple watch has my old account and i want to change it to my new apple account

Change gmail account I have just set up my Apple Watch Series 5. I added ( or thought I did), the 3 gmail accounts that I need. Problem is only 1 is showing, and it’s not the primary one. I can’t add the others or remove it. I have followed the guidance about going into My Watch on my phone, selecting Mail, then selecting Account, but there is no option to delete or add accounts. Can anyone help?

Apple Watch requiring old icloud account password for apps? Hey, im using my apple watch again after a while and it keeps requesting the password to my old icloud I first set it up with. Ive checked the appstore and ive checked my icloud in settings and theyre all under my new email, so why does it keep needing my old icloud email password?
