Truecaller not working

i have a current subscription with Apple for the Truecaller app valid till March 2023. my phone is an Iphone13mini running IOS15.5. it has stopped working two weeks ago and doesn't identify the caller anymore. why is this and what should i do to get it working again.


i have paid for a service which Apple should provide me but hasn't and gone back on their contract with me. i don't understand why i must pay to have it corrected.


also i am in Sri Lanka though i bought the phone in the US and so cannot use the Apple toll free service without paying for usage from here
