Editing widget(?) screen

What is it called the screen one gets when swiping the Home screen left to right? It has extra large icons of what iPhone sees are my most frequent moves/searches/uses. Except I'd like to EDIT it, removing some icons and adding others. Alternatively, how to do I group several GROUPS of apps into one single folder-icon?

iPhone XR, iOS 15

the screen to the left of your Home Screen is called Today View

Add widgets on iPhone - Apple Support

To edit Today View, simply scroll all the way to the bottom and you should see an 'Edit' button.

Once you press that it should look pretty familiar with bouncy icons and minus in the upper corner to delete.. at the very top left a + for adding new ones.

You can drag them around and drop em too. If you want to create a group, just drag one on top of another
