Denied access to iPhone photos while using an app
While using an app, the app says I have previously denied access to iPhone photos. Go into settings, camera access is not showing, have deleted app, no luck in deleting app

Seems you need to:
First go to Settings
Then tap Costco
Then tap Photos
There you should be able to "allow access" / or / stop the "deny access" that is enabled.
