Apple Watch series 2

How do I move exercise & stand goals as I do not have the move goals option. I have moved the calories ok by holding down screen on activity screen? Any help much appreciated

That is correct,on a watch 2 you can only adjust the move goal.

That feature is only available with watchos7 or above;

Does that mean there is no way of actually adjusting them either way( up or down ) ?
