I have a new iPhone 13 pro and my old iPhone 6 Plus crashed and can not open.how do i retrieve my info from it,secondly, I can not remember my apple password for my user name. It has been a while since I last used it.Thanks

If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
