iPhone 12 mini blurry in upper left corner

I was looking at my iMessages and the upper left corner of my screen was blurry. I thought it was me, but then tried different apps, and it was blurry regardless. so I googled it and a previous discussion here said to go to settings and display and brightness and change them and it would go away and it did. but they said it was the iOS 14, and they hoped Apple would fix the glitch, since it keeps happening.

my operating system is iOS 15.5. and so whatever is causing this it is still there. Gosh I hope it never happens again!

Hello rosie trill,

To help us resolve this issue, let's go to Settings > Display and Brightness > Toggle Dark mode on and back off. Next, Restart your iPhone to see if the screen shows properly:

How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, or 13

1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.

2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.

3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.
