not streaming - just a green screen

Apple TV+ on a TCL - Roku TV, here. App menu works fine, but when I watch a show, no content streams, just a green screen. It behaves like it is playing content (the timeline moves), but there is no visual or audio coming through.

I have already reset the app on the tv several times, no change.

How to resolve Apple TV app playback issues on LG TV? Using the Apple +TV app I can bring up the home page displaying all movies, series, and other content. Streaming issues with popular shows My Apple TV app will not play most videos I've selected. It keeps saying video not available and to check my internet connection if it continues. I've checked and done the troubleshooting through the Apple TV App. It seems to have an issue streaming on Apple's end. These are shows I've already started watching through my Roku, even hours before. I can pick a random show and it will play, but I can't play any I want to watch.
