My iTunes account is disabled

I’m trying to upgrade my subscription and my iTunes account is disabled. What’s the deal?

You will need to contact Apple Support to get that taken care of. See the instructions here, If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
