Receiving continuous notification on my iPhoneX to update the Software of Apple Watch 2. Tried updating it through the Watch App but the update stops every time. Unpairing & restarting watch didn't help. Please suggest how to stop notification in iPhoneX or update the software of the Watch.

The Apple Watch series 0 cannot update further than watchOS 6. So if it runs on watchOS 6 it is the latest it can run.

Thanks, that information helps. I am good with whatever Software the watch runs on but it seems in iPhone iOS15 it doesn't allows to run watch in a older software. Is there a way to stop the continuous pop up notification in the iPhone as its annoying?

A series 0 watch can't update past WatchOS4.
