iphone Hotspot available network

My iPhone Hotspot available network loses connection on my PC and then is not in the list of Available Networks to reonnect. How to fix?

Personal Hotspot is managed by your cellular carrier. See this troubleshooting, If Personal Hotspot is not working on your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular) - Apple Support
