Pixelated printed photos from IPhone 12

I have order 4x6 photos through apps like CVS/Walmart/Walgreens. I upload my pictures that I took with my iPhone12 and order the prints. Almost all of the photos are somewhat pixelated and fuzzy. They are still decent photos just not as crisp or good looking as they are on the iPhone. Any suggestions with how to get better prints ?
