Why does my translate option in instagram not work anymore?

I tried after updating my iphone 11Pro Max to ISO 15.5 to go into the instagram setting to list language but the instructions dont give a language option? I went back to general setting and looked up language and it says due to updates to my phone there are different steps , which when I tapped continue and it sent me back to general settings again. Can anyone help? I have a lot of turkish friends that I have to translate their posts. Thanks
