Who did you purchase the "broken" iPhone from? Directly from Apple, and Apple Authorized Reseller, or another third-party?
You can return it for any reason during the first 14 days following purchase if you bought it from Apple. After that date you will need to make an insurance such as Apple Care to return the product.
it was bad experience as not expected from Apple I will not recommend Apple to any of my patients and friends. Waiting for response
