I have 4 phones numbers on my account. One of my children’s accounts is not displaying her location. We have turned location services on and now she is unable to video FaceTime me. All of the other accounts show.
can you help?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand there are some issues with shared location in Find My and FaceTime that seem to be related.
Does the Find My issue occur from the Find My app or from Messages? If needed, check out Find friends and share your location with Find My - Apple Support.
Since both issues may be related to their contact information, try deleting and adding this contact again - Add and use contact information on iPhone - Apple Support.
