I've never added an insurance card to Apple Wallet, but the steps should be similar to that of removing any pass or card.


  1. Open the Wallet App on iPhone
  2. Tap the Card or Pass you'd like to remove
  3. Tap the three dots in the upper right corner
  4. Look for a "Remove Pass" or "Remove This Card" button.
