How do you set it to call someone with the back tap?

How do you set it to call someone with the back tap? I want to be able to use the Apple logo on the back of my iPhone to call somebody. Can someone help me learn how?

Screen issue When I place a phone call the screen shows the selections like the spoken, face time etc. but if I call someone then need to provide information and move to another screen I can’t get back to that screen to hang up. Isn’t there suppose to be a small phone at the top of my screen to do that?

call takes up entire screen when iPhone is locked. Is there a way so when my phone locks my call doesn't take up the entire screen? every time I pick up my phone during a call, I end up hitting the end call button as it's right next to the home button, it's quite annoying and very inconvenient. How can I access the keyboard during a phone call on iPhone? Hello, I work at a very large credit card company with our voice response system. My team and I are developing a capability where customers can type their answers rather than speaking them during a phone call. On iphone you can pull up the keypad during a phone call; however, how can we pull up the keyboard as well? Can someone advice or point me in the right direction. Thanks! [Re-Titled by Moderator]
