Power outage messed up configuration. Trying to reset but getting Error 301014. Advice?

A power outage seemed to mess up 2 of 3 HomePod Mini. I am trying to re-add but keep getting Error 301014. I have restored it on my iMac and removed from iCloud but still same error. Any advice?

HomePod mini, 15

I’ve had success clearing some odd issues with the press-the-top reset: Reset HomePod - Apple Support

And then re-pair it all.

I’m always up to date on my iOS version. I checked to make sure I had WPA2 Personal and turned off 802.11ax. Made sure I have 2 Factor Authentication on. Reset the HomePod Mini. Checked Private Network Access. Rebooted iPhone and HomePod Mini. Signed in and out of iCloud. Removed the HomePod Minis from my iCloud so I can add them clean. Trying pretty much everything I can find.
