I purchased PrintMaster from the Apple store and nw you will not let me use the program. Please give me back all of my money, your company uses encore.

You may need to contact App Store support directly.

Is the 'PrintMaster 8 Platinum'? Or some other version?

Did you just purchase it, or was it some time ago, and perhaps an older version?

Does it appear among your purchases?

Click your account at the bottom left of the App Store window, and see if it is there.

If it is, click the download button next to it. What happens?

FWIW, PrintMaster is a very old program and appears to be 32bit only.
