The Inspector item was eliminated in iMovie 10.
iMovie 10 functions are accessed from the main menu, the toolbar at the upper right of the screen, the Settings button above and to the right of the timeline, and by control-clicking on a clip to get a pop up menu with options. Additionally, certain functions are accessed by holding down a specified keyboard key when dragging or clicking.
