Thank you for the response. There is, I believe, no issue with my service. I have had the same service for many years. The Wi-Fi works fine. The problems with the phone are sporadic. I can try to make a call and it just says calling. After a minute it says call failed. I can then try again and it completes. I was listening to voice mail and the call failed. I was thinking to reset the phone after making sure it was backed up on iCloud. Hopefully backup includes all phone numbers, photos, apps with passwords, email messages, Facebook messages, etc. so all I need do is transfer backup info back and phone will be ok. Your thoughts?
