Final Cut Pro 10.6.3 doesn't show audio waveforms

I recently got the M1 Mac Studio 2022, macOS Monterey 12.3.1 computer, Final Cut Pro version is 10.6.3.

Any help would be much appreciated

Delete your cache files, relaunch the application and wait to see if it rebuilds. What are these?

Waveform drawing has been an issue for the last two versions of FCPX. Apple claims they fixed it, but I and others still have it.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, it still doesn't resolve the problem. The while lines are the 'cuts' (angles) between multicams.
