HRV
I'm using the Breathe app to try to record HRV in the heath app. The Breathe app sessions are logged in the Health Data/Mindfulness but there is corresponding HRV data showing in the Heart Rate Variability information under the HRV graph. Help!
The mindfulness information in health doesn’t log HRV, it’s displayed under the heart section and is taken throughout the day and night as you wear the watch. Can you try to explain your issue a little more please?
