Pertaining to the question I asked above, looking for a teacher / help with apple products I live just 5 miles west of O’hare airport. Illinois

now, if the people that work on the phone with you at the Apple website you know whatever their website they are all so kind and so helpful and I’ve talk to me through so many things but there’s too many things I have to go through to to be on the phone with them I’ve been I’ve they help me through everything but the people in the stores I don’t know if I’m just getting to be a crabby old lady but I guess I can’t take the rudest I walk with a cane I have a disability Chicago is freezing in the winter and I went to the Oakbrook store and he said you have to wait outside I’m like first of all I’m not waiting outside second of all I need a chair they have no chairs waiting outside is ridiculous the one in Woodfield you have to wait outside but there’s benches here and there you know for you know just save always been there so it’s very difficult for me to get along with them I feel like we’re all kids but them I’m looking for an actual teacher charge me by the hour sit down and say OK what is your problem and I will tell him so yeah that that’s what I’m looking for so thank you very much that you answered my question though thank you have a good day be safe out there
