Was I enrolled in MDM? Sign In to Your Work or School Account shows different prompts for two working Apple IDs.

So I have been having security concerns with my iPhone/s for over 2 years: settings on my iCloud being changed (like Game Center being toggled on without me using it), Control Center apps magically appearing (Hearing), apps on the AppStore I download don’t work as expected, either missing settings or it’s settings being changed (especially the app for our router), among others. I have changed passwords, passcodes, iPhones, upgraded iOS but my iPhone still gives me issues, old and new ones. I have talked hours to countless Apple Support senior advisors, but none has given me any resolution. And they have been dismissive and rude to a paying AppleCare+ and iCloud+ user (I have their 2 TB data plan). So in the following days, I have decided to post all these strange, unexpected things from my iPhone and iCloud. I wanted to check if these are either default behaviors or not, like this setting, “Sign In to Your Work or School Account.”

I want to make clear that my phone is a personal device. That goes for my Apple ID too. So I wanted to check if logging in to this setting under VPN and Device Management using my Apple ID will go through. But it gave me an error message.

So I tried a different, working Apple ID but the prompt was different.

To those who have their Apple IDs enrolled in MDM and used that same account on a different device, does it show this prompt? And why would logging in using a different account show a different message on my iPhone. I have spoken to one of the senior advisors, shared my screen as I logged in using both accounts but as always they have not been helpful. Their explanation didn’t make sense, I forgot what they even said. Rest assured, they added, there’s no profile because it doesn’t show in your settings. But just because you don’t see it doesn’t mean it’s not there. At least that has been my experience. If someone is able to shed some light as to why I’m getting different prompts or point me to the right direction to resolve this and other issues, thank you!
