Email not working

Hello.


My emails is not working, I can’t send emails it showes: Cannot send mail the user name or password for “iCloud” is incorrect.


I have tried signing out and changing password but nothing is working.


also the emails are not sending in.


I can’t find the support for this problem or online chat that I can join.


can you help me?

You will need to make sure that the email account is added correctly. You can do that by following the steps in this help article
