What was the old one for model? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support
- If the old one was 3rd generation or earlier, then there are no mechanisms to transfer anything.
- If the old one was 4th generation or later, then you can use the synchronization trick of One Home Screen.
- Nothing is lost, as subscriptions are for accounts, not for devices per se.
