Billing issues

I had insufficient funds in the linked card and there was a billing issue. The funds have been paid for the ads (they were cancelled but still billed) and my card can’t be removed as well as I can’t update my apps because it keeps asking me to log in to review my billing info. What can I do?

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! We would recommend the step the following article that can help:


Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods


As noted in the article "If you have an unpaid balance, have subscriptions including an iCloud storage plan, or you use purchase sharing, you can't remove all payment methods."
