Hello there, I am running into issue that my IPHONE 12 Freezes up and unresponsive. I cannot do anything on the phone. I tried to force a restart by holding up+side button or Down+side button and side button itself, but nothing happened. Please help me how to fix It. Thank you.

You stated that you tried a force restart, but the button combinations you put down don’t match what you should do. Make sure you force restarted it exactly according to these instructions - Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
