Does Apple Watch have an option to notify you when it gets disconnected to the phone?

If your Apple Watch is running WatchOS 8 do the following:

• Go to the find my device app on the watch
• select your iPhone from the list of devices
• scroll down the page/ screen to see Notifications
• toggle on the “Notify when left behind” option.

you will then be alerted on your watch when you are out of range of your iPhone

I don't really ever forget my iPhone, but I believe I saw a notification on my watch once when I got too far away from it one time.. Should be going into the Find My app, Devices, your iPhone, turn on Notify When Left Behind

This isn't quite the same as 'disconnected' though, so might not be what you are looking for
