Starbucks app not downloading to my watch, need help.

deleting and reinstalling did not work. When I push install the circle turns but the download never begins.

Tap on screen time.
Then tap content and privacy settings
Then tap on iTunes and App Store purchases
Then tap on deleting apps and set this to allow.
Install apps and set this to allow.
Now you should be able to install the app.
