Can’t find my downloaded movies
Where do I find my purchased movies, and how do I watch them off Wi-Fi? I.e. On a flight or while camping?

If you're referring to content purchased from the iTunes store, you'll need to look in the Library tab of the Apple TV app (assuming you're talking about an iPhone/iPad). More info can be found here:

If you're referring to another service, there will likely be a tab or setting within that service's app that allows you to download your purchase.
