I’m having trouble connecting the left headphone to the charging port. I really have to wiggle it into it’s spot but even then I won’t get it all the time. It’s frustrating when that side is dead and the other is fully charged

Is this with AirPods? If so, check your charger connections. make sure that the Lightning to USB cable is firmly plugged into the charging case and USB power adapter. Then make sure that the power adapter is correctly plugged into a power outlet. You can find more info here:
