How do I lock somebody out of my account my Apple ID account completely trackers how do I get rid of trackers on my iPhone

There are to the Mac iOS I have no clue what that is and iPhone 8 I replace that phone a year ago I now have a iPhone 12 my account has been compromised I believe it’s from google but somehow I believe whoever is compromised my account has my Apple ID or iCloud ID and password I just spent the last half hour trying to change my password on my Apple ID and it just kept telling me that I was inputting the wrong guy it wasn’t matching.
