Software update

My iPhone 6s Plus won’t update to iOS 14 . I have 35.48GB available. My version is currently 13.5.1 and my phone is set to automatically update.

That is correct. Apple stopped signing iOS 14 more than a year ago.


If you wish to update (which you should), you must update to the current iOS version (15.5).

First check would be to make sure that you have a strong WiFi signal and a good Internet connection.


If things won't run, please post back with any error messages that appear. Screenshots.....if you can provide them......are great.


Please note that the update will install the latest version of iOS...which is 15.5. iOS 14. will not be installed.
