Does the advise "Don’t put anything over the keyboard" mean that using the macbook in camshell mode is NOT advisable?

I'm responding to the support comment, Keep your Mac notebook within acceptable operating temperatures - Apple Support.

My macbook is a 14" with 64gb RAM.

I use After Effect 2023 with MacOS Ventura but every 10 minutes shut down I use macbook pro 2019, 2,3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9,16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4. and use software from Adobe for editing, after I upgraded from Monterey to Ventura, when I do editing in After Effects, every 10 minutes the laptop turns off. How to fix it? is there someone has the experience like me? is it good to downgrade to Monterey?

No, I believe Apple is telling you that you shouldn't use any type of protective cover over your notebook's keyboard in this referenced article.
