Personal hotspot data is being used by “other devices”.

When I check the data usage, there is a lot used by personal hotspot and in that by “other devices”. My hotspot is password protected with the maximum possible mix of characters allowed by my iPhone, and haven’t connected it to any other devices at my home other than my TV and MacBook. I have never tethered via USB wired connection on any of my devices. Both of them are showing usage appropriately, but I don't know what these “other devices” are? Is this any bug or someone else hacked into my hotspot connection?

I monitor my hotspot connected devices on daily basis since I upgraded to iPhone 13. The data usages was 4.2GB by “other devices” first seen in the past two hours.
