Why so many account in my keychain app?

A single Apple ID with its account credentials is signed in Mac system preferences , the other accounts with different Apple ID can be added in Mac system preferences Use your Internet accounts on Mac – Apple Support

Passwords with mail address are saved in keychain access and not accounts .

I don't know exactly what you mean by your question, but I understand that you have a lot of accounts in the keychain. The keychain is where your passwords of your accounts are kept safe. The more accounts you have the more accounts you will see here..
