I can’t change my send a receive messages settings in the settings app.

I want to change my send and receive settings in messages but the button to do so is greyed out, dose anyone know how I can fix this?

iPhone XS Max, iOS 15

You are welcome. As a test, have you tried turning all restrictions off, restarting the phone, and then see if that changed anything?

Thank you so much! I realized I had the allow account changes as don’t allow, and was able to fix it.

Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?

Thanks for replying, yes I have checked all restrictions and things but I can’t seem to find anything restricting that setting.
