Google drive app on iPhone

Anytime I click off the pdf document or go off the app instead of if staying where I was when I clicked off it, it always goes back to the beginning of the pdf , making me lose my place. This has never happened before until recently and it’s really irritating.

are there any solutions? I have tried clearing cache be but it doesn’t work

iPhone 11, iOS 15

  1. First quit the app and relaunch (if you haven’t already)
  2. Make sure iOS is fully updated
  3. check for app update in App Store
  4. uninstall the app and reinstall
