Google drive app on iPhone

Anytime I click off the pdf document or go off the app instead of if staying where I was when I clicked off it, it always goes back to the beginning of the pdf , making me lose my place. This has never happened before until recently and it’s really irritating.

are there any solutions? I have tried clearing cache be but it doesn’t work

PDF closes when I try to scroll back up the document with mouse wheel on iPad. When I’m viewing a PDF, I’m able to scroll down the document with the mouse wheel, but I can’t scroll back up towards the start of the document. If I try to scroll back up, it just closes the entire document. I’m able to use my finger to scroll up and down the document. If I’m at the top of the document and I swipe my finger down again, it’ll close the file. So it seems the iPad is registering any attempt to scroll up the document with the mouse wheel, as if it were already at the top and just closes the file. This happens for sure when the PDF is opened through the Files app or when viewing an attachment in the Mail app. I just noticed it also happens in Microsoft Teams when I opened a PDF sent in a chat. It doesn’t matter the length of the PDF either, it could be two page and it still happens. It’s really annoying when I accidentally scroll up and the entire document closes and I have to reopen it and find where I was. It also makes it hard to navigate when using my iPad with an external monitor.

Adobe Acrobat files not available in Files app When using the Files app on iPadOS 18.3 I have Acrobat and Adobe Scan listed as file locations. Clicking on Acrobat results in an error screen: “Content unavailable, contents could not be displayed due to an error.”Clicking on Adobe Scan shows all files.

First quit the app and relaunch (if you haven’t already)
Make sure iOS is fully updated
check for app update in App Store
uninstall the app and reinstall
