Apple store

i can’t download neither update my apps, because every time it says the apple store and iTunes is disabled, so I wanted to ask how do I fix that?

You cannot fix by yourself.

If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help.
