Exchange iPhone 13 max for thé mini, possible?

I would like to exchange the iPhone pro max for the smaller model. Is this possible and if so how?

If you bought the 13 Max from the Apple Store and returned it within the 14 days period, you can proceed no issue but please wait for the refund to settle into your account before you go for the 13 mini. If you bought it from an authorized retailer/reseller like Costco, please abide to and read their return policy.
