Payment system on Apple ID does not work…,input data but always declines….???

Payment system on AppleID does not work…receive a decline notice


while I am at it….iPhones don’t receive authentication texts from anyone….quite a pain

Possible fixes.   Fix ‘Your Payment Method Was Declined’ Error In App Store.  -


                          Payment method declined in iTunes or the App Store.   -
