Song pop id

I have recently had to change my apple id after account was compromised.

with my new id I can use all my apps as per before , i have a game app called SongPop which keeps asking me to sign in with old apple id. Essentially the app and the username is tied to my old id and i want to keep levels etc and not create a new account on the songpop app. Any ideas , apple happy to charge my new apple id but the benefits are not being provided in the original songpop account . Any technical advise welcomed.

Orange,

You should be able to go into your SongPop account (not your Apple account) to log in with your old email address and then go to the Account Info to make the change to the new address.

Ugh, sounds like a mess. TBH, it doesn't sound like an issue Apple is going to be able to resolve. My inclination would be to go Customer Service at SongPop and bug them to resolve it.

Thank you for taking the time . I consistently get a message on the app saying - this item was purchased by a different apple id, sign in with apple id. The problem was that that apple id was hacked , password was changed along with the trusted phone number . The email address on songpop is an email address that has always been different to my apple id . It appears that songpop is tied to appleid and not an email - i think ? Any other suggestions? Many thanks
