Apple TV app

I have an Apple TV app account via sky I have been in for a while but it saying start a free trial and when I go to the settings it’s asking me to scan the bar code but I don’t want to do that in case it sets up a new subscription payment

Apple TV - Free Subscription Received acknowledgement of 12 month free subscription to Apple TV. Although, once logged in, it appears I still have to pay to watch programs. What needs to be done? I have tried logging off and re-entering my Apple credentials & passcodes (several times).

Subscribed to Apple TV but app still asking for free trial Hi, I have a valid subscription… but when I try to continue season 2 of Ted Lasso for example it’s my giving me the 2 options of “Play free episode” or “Start free trial”. I’ve “reset Apple TV” in the settings and also signed out and back in. Still nothing. It’s fine on my other devices except this one that I tried today on my Samsung TV. Any advice please?
